Hi, I’m Bobby June, Founder of Juniper. I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping companies—from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 teams—fill 400+ roles that others couldn’t.

I’m typically brought in when hiring stalls happen: hard-to-fill positions, unclear requirements, or processes that just aren’t working.

My approach is hands-on and diagnostic—I identify the bottlenecks quickly and focus on what actually moves roles to close.

Over my career, I’ve led high-performing recruiting teams and consistently ranked among top producers, earning multiple President’s Club and CEO Club honors. At Juniper, I bring that same approach to every search: clear communication, targeted execution, and a focus on delivering the right hire—not just more resumes.

Outside of recruiting, I spend my time with my wife, our three kids, and our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks in Southern California.
